Can we use rollercoaster ride type contours for horizontal transportation 10 km.?

By this we can pump potential energy in the begining and use it enroute.This will avoid pollution enroute. Can any body help me model a coach on a rail track using Ansys Dyna or equivalent software?( modelling of rollercoaster)
