Can we use MTF primers detect p53 gene(cancer gene)?

I am planning to do an experiment on types of cancer and I want to know how MTF primers amd p53 are related

molecular biology techniques are most of all related to sequence recognition and hybridization. since MTF and TP53 genes are different from sequences, you won't be able to use one set of primers from one of these for use for the second one.

I can say you to see at the UCSC database (http://genome.ucsc.edu), there is a genome browser for lot of species, including human for which there is an option in hg19 to see published sets of primers for transcriptome purposes.
