Hi,
My gene of interest amplifies at a Ct range of 22-26 cycles.
I found that my no-template control amplified at a Ct= 28 while the other NoT duplicate amplified at a Ct=34.
Should I be concerned and repeat the entire plate?
A pair of duplicates with Ct's that far off from each other (i.e., 28 vs. 34) is not good and a no-template control Ct of 28 suggests cross-contamination. If it was me, I would re-run the plate and be more cautious about my pipetting.
