I am a masters student and cannot access college amenities (HSPICE) now due to lockdown. I have to finish my minor project on CNTFET. Can you please suggest me a way to do that ASAP?

There is free access to CNTFET models on http://ptm.asu.edu/ or ECE UC Berkeley school site. Download LTSpice, it's open source too. You can integrate the model into LTSpice, create symbol for CNTFET, and use it for your project.
