Hi, I am isolating PBMCs and leukocytes from mice blood and footpads by using Lympholyte M. Does anybody have experience that the use of lympholyte M will not decrease the granulocyte particularly neutrophils or not. My flow cytometery data shows that PBMCs isolated with lympholyte M from CHIKV mice blood contained 3-5% Ly6G positive cells (neutrophils).
