Can we use F-12 media with low glucose and glutamine-containing DMEM when working with the MDA-MB-231 Cell Line?

I will work MDA-MB-231 cell line in my thesis project and I use these mediums for the cell line. I hope that you answer my question.

Dear Can,

I have worked a lot with this rough cell line. Based on the articles, It needs DMEM high glucose. Using different media can change its shape and doubling time and following that change gene expression.
