I use E4980A to measured the Capacitor of MOS . The ideal CV curve should have a Minimum value in 1MHz frequence in high voltage . But from the result , The Capacitor increase in high voltage which is similiar to the low frequency characteristic of MOS CV curve. I wonder the reason that casuse the capacitor of MOS increase (i think the Capacitor should be in minimum value in high voltage & vigh freq
