Can we transplant bone marrow derived hematopoietic stem cells from P1 to F1?

I need to perform competitive repopulation assays with CD45.1 FVB cells but I do not have congenic CD45.2 mice in FVB background. Can I cross CD45.1 FVB and CD45.2 Bl6, get F1 and then transplan CD45.1 FVB (P1) cells?
