Can we store tissue in RNAlater for miRNA isolation ?
Hi. I suggest you to keep tissues in RNA later at 4 degree overnite then transfer them to -20 n then to deep freezer -80. MicroRNAs are very stable even at RT without any reagent but later u can use ur tissues for larger RNAs
It will work for large and small RNAs. Just follow the recommended protocol.
