Can we repair a rotator cuff tear without arthroscopy?
In many black speak-french African countries there is no arthroscopy which help Surgeon to repair the tears of rotator cuff. How do?
As far as I know, there is no better alternative to arthroscopy except open surgery.

The technique of open surgery is the same as that of arthroscopy, both of which use a double-row suture bridge to repair，just need to open the deltoid muscle to reveal the greater tubercle of the humerus.
