Is it worthy to pool all the samples together belong to a same group, but originated from different animals of a same species, to save time and resources (reagents)?

For example; From my negative control (untreated) group I have 5 mice and target organ is their kidneys. Now, after RNA extractions and reverse transcriptions of each animal organ (kidney) separately, can I pool all the 5 cDNA together, then measure it and dilute it and finally run this as a one sample in triplicates for the untreated group on HKG and all the GOIs included in my experiment?

Exactly the same I want to do with the other groups of various treatments for my study design.

Would it have any impact or harm on data or at the calculations and is it wise enough to do so? (especially, if I have less time and resources)

Any suggestions!!!!!

Thanks....
