want to use adxl sensor for vibration measurement in 'g' units using arduino. I am getting signal thorough simulink but don't have a matlab code for arduino to measure vibration using adxl. After getting vibration signal by simulink its always close to zero value very little change. but there is change when i am using pcb sensor on daq. Tell me if i can use adxl 335 for vibration measurement and distinguish between small change in amplitude of vibration.

The transformation from ADC values to G values can be performed directly in Arduino or after receiving of ADC data in MATLAB. For it You need to use ADXL 335 datasheet:

Sure you can. You have to see at the bandwidth you want to measure. ADXL335 can measure vibrations up to 1600 Hz on the X and Y axes and up to 550 Hz on the Z axis. For more high frequency you cannot use that sensor.
