I am unable to login and search artciles on these database. Can someone suggest me free database which I can look upon other than PubMed and Google scholar?

I believe that for a better indication of the databases it is important to indicate which area of knowledge you intend to research. There are indexers more oriented to specific areas of knowledge, unlike WoS and Scopus that cover practically all areas and categories.
What I suggest you besides PubMed and Google scholar is to search the pages of the big publishers where the search is free, but in the vast majority the access to the articles are by institutional affiliation or through payment.
