I should not hurt anything. Trypan Blue can be used to stain tissues for frozen section histology.
Freezing will not affect the properties of Trypan blue so you can freeze it.

I agree with the previous answers. Please give us the concentration of the Trypan Blue solution. Why?
According to the concentration of the TB , you can have a precipitate during the freezing to a small extent.
Are you using the 0,4 % TB solution?
