What specific outcomes are you hoping to measure? How do you define student learning experiences?

I think the question requires more clarity. If it is about measuring learning in a particular lesson, a short quiz could be conducted at the end. Observation is another tool that helps teachers assess student learning in a class. A teacher can employ a variety of direct and indirect tools for assessing student learning depending on the requirements.

The instrument would need to be a valid measure of what the class taught. I don’t think these exist as premade because classes are so different.

You would likely need to give a pretest on the material and a postest after the class and compare the scores to assess what content was learned. If you are interested in opinion of the instructor or the class setup, you may find some instrument for that.
