Can we compare and analyze the change in ATP level per cell in this way?

We want to compare ATP levels in three different groups of cells.

We analyze to compare it in the way we can use it.

ATP level was measured using luciferase assay, and cell number was confirmed using trypan blue assay.

ATP level = luciferase assay value/tryphan blue value

Can we compare the change in ATP level per cell by this methods?
