lipase hydrolysis triglycerides into mono and di glycerides , glycerol and fatty acids. lipase is act on carboxlic ester bond. is that possible that lipase destroy lipid layer of virus. if this possible i think this will be unique property of lipase. please appropriate answer for this.

Somewhat true. Of course, two factors can delay the process. The first factor is the agglomeration of the unsaturated fats and the second ones is permeability power of the corresponding enzyme.
