Hi there, I want to get the conductivity of the graphene oxide (GO). Can the conductivity and complex refractive index of monolayer or even multi-layer GO be calculated by using the Kubo formula? If impossible, is there any way to get these two parameters of the GO in theory? Thanks!

I believe the answer is yes.
We can definitely calculate such properties using Kubo formalism . since the electrons in the graphene are as reletivestic particles. The static gating is due to the cone band structure and dimensionality of the graphene. The monolayer optical experiment models the conductivity sheet and following will be model.
J=S(k,w).E. where J is current, k is wave number, E is field. with E=E0exp(iwt).
The Kubo formula for the frequency dependent intraband conductivity is definned by master equation:
s(w)=e2 sgsv T/2πh X.
where T=boltzman factor and T=2πikT/(hiw+l)
X=[m/kT+2ln(1=exp(m/kT) ]
m= chemical potential.
l=Landau level index.
