I am doing western blot for checking tyrosinase protein but until now I don't get any bands. My cell line is mouse cell line B16BL6, for the extraction of the protein, I am using pro-prep solution, first antibody is Tyrosinase goat affinity purified polyclonal from Santa Cruz Sc-7833 and second antibody, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H + L)-HRP Conjugate #1706516.

Your primary antibody is originated from goat, then your secondary antibody should be anti goat instead of anti mouse. Use any anti goat secondary antibody like donkey anti goat, rabbit anti goat, mouse anti goat etc. I think, you are not getting band because of your secondary antibody.
Try with anti goat secondary antibody. Hope it will work.
