Mostly Dicot express Phenolic compounds (Acetosyringone and sugars) to Wounded part that attracts the A. tumefaciens which is not mainly expressed in Monocot. So, there are a lot of Journal on DNA transfer to Dicot by Radiobacter. Can someone suggest the process or related for Monocot Transformation specially in Maize?

Monocotyledons lack this wound response and it is considered as the limiting factor in Agrobacterium-mediated gene transformation in monocots

You are absolutely right that only the dicot plants express the acetosyringone upon wounding but the compound is also available commercially in pure form from several companies.

You might be interested in this paper: which describes how to improve Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation on Monocots. The transformation efficiency were dramatically increased by using their approach.
