Greetings. You can get the Demographic and Health Survey data by requesting for the country dataset that you are interested in on their website http://dhsprogram.com/ . I have made use of the DHS dataset previously and they were fast in providing a feedback and granting authorization.

The best file to use for this purpose is the KR file for each country (the “kids’ recode”). The health variables start with the letter h.  The vaccination variables start with hx, where x is as follows:

0: Polio 0

2: BCG

3: DPT 1

4: Polio 1

5: DPT 2

6: Polio 2

7: DPT 3

8: Polio 3

9: Measles

Thus, for example, h2 tells whether the child had a BCG immunization.  The date is also given for each of these.  For example, h2d, h2m, and h2y give the day, month, and year of the BCG immunization, if the child has had it.  These variables are used in conjunction with h1, which tells whether the child had a health card that was seen by the interviewer. If the health card was not seen, the mother is asked about what immunizations the child has had, but not the dates of those immunizations.

It is routine data that should be available from your country EPI office. I guess a little more effort and you will have it just for the asking.
