I did alkaloid isolation by the method which is depicted in the attached file. However, at the time of rotary evaporation of Fraction A (Chloroform extract), precipitation occurred (also with concentrated solution) in the rotary flask. How do I make it re-dissolve in the same solvent? And why does it occur in a rotary flask? Maybe due to low pressure? or what?
I could not see your file quite well, but what about having mixtures in your fraction and one the component is being precipitated..

I did alkaloids isolation as follows, Ethanolic extract, then made it acidic by HCl, centrifuged. The acid aqueous solution is made basic (pH 10) with NaOH. And this solution is partitioned with chloroform. To make concentrated to this chloroformic extract (Fraction A), I used rotary evaporator. And I got precipitate while doing so. How I re-dissolve this formed precipitate in same solvent?
