I spent a long time to look for arginase-1 specific inhibitor, but could not find. Is there anyone who knows this kind of drugs? It seems most drugs target both arginise-1 and -2.
2(S)-amino-6-boronohexonic acid (ABH) is an L-arginine analogue that also creates a tetrahedral intermediate similar to that formed in the catalysis of the natural substrate, and is a potent inhibitor of human arginase I.
