I have been trying to perform an enzymatic biotinylation reaction followed by capturing the biotiylated proteins with streptaidin sepharose beads form GE Helathcare.To do so, I want to remove the free biotin present in the reaction buffer.

As my reaction volume is small, I could not use dialysis. Can I use any of the protein precipitation methods for getting rid of this biotin without harming the protein linked biotin?
