I would need a bit more details to answer your question. What kind of dosemeters you use? ...and I assume you need them for treatment plan verification and for QC checks, correct?
Anyway, in principle, you have two steps into the calibration:
1. calibrate the reader (from nC to Gy, using a selected set of TL dosemeters and a reference ion chamber)
2. calibrate the TL dosemeters (and this will depend upon what kind of dosemeters you use - powder or chips)
Thanks a lot Dear Radu Vasilache for valuable guidance. Yes you are right, I want to use then for clinical dosimetry i.e. for treatment plan verification as well as for personel dosimetry for radiation protection. I hace TLD-100 dosimeters ( chip 3 mm x3 mm). we have Co-60 source (Teletherapy). The problems that we are facing are in caliberation of 310 TLD reader. You are more than welcome for any query.
