1. Mosquito
2. Human
Drugs available so far interfere with the human portion of the life cycle of the parasite my opinion is that is it possible to target the parasite cycle in the mosquito so that it may not remain infective anymore following mosquito bite ?.
Sanitation and other preventive measures are good its ok I want opinion from the research community regarding new drug development.

I thinks its very difficult to fight the parasite inside mosquitoes, although new trials of malaria fighting , used radiation to induce sterility among the males of mosquitoes ,but is it not acceptable on land , because it may cause serious health problem through radiation, so we can try to synthesize vaccine from substances similar to the saliva of mosquitoes( sporozoite holder) , and do animal inoculation experiment to know the possibility of production of such vaccine.
