I was planning to do a DNA microarray. I have case and control group samples. I have not done microarray earlier. I wished I could get imputed data results for individual samples. For example, I wanted to know HLA alleles for each of the sample. I would then be able to compare data by repeatedly creating groups based on various variables.
Is that possible?
