Yes, you can use..

These PBS tablets  are commercially available in the market.

I  would suggest to use TRIS-Buffer Saline in place of  PBS

A NaCl 0.15M + 0.1M TRIS-HCH pH7.4 is a better stable solution.

PBS is  the same thing that   phosphate buffer.
