Can one provide help on the use of ArcGIS Ground Water Tools (Darcy Flow and Velocity; Particle Track; Porous Puff)?

I need to model ground water flow and Particle tracking using ArGIS tools listed above. However; I will like to get some details on how the required data can be acquired and what the results look like especially; visually. Any paper\or work that applied any or all of these tools will be good to see.

I will also like to get workflow details on other hydrology modeling tools such as MODFLOW; etc.

I tried using Archydro tool on ArcGIS 10.3.1 (both are trial versions) but the Subsurface Analyst of the Archydro tool shows NOT LICENSED; does it have anything to do with the trial version?
