Can Nutrient agar/broth be used for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in pyocyanin test inhibition?

it is Stated 0n the pr0t0c0l that King A media is for the pyocyanin test, but the avaiabiity of that agar here is my problem,

Dear R.A Tan Caraan,

You could use a range of media, so long as there is no additional Fe (as Fe starvation induces siderophore expression). We use King's B medium, but Protease Peptone No. 3 is expensive - so we substitute normal Proteose peptone (Oxoid) and it still works. You could also try Mueller-Hinton or Pseudomonas Selective agar (Oxoid).
