I plan to analyze the N-glycan structure of mAb or Fc-fusion protein using HPLC.

Briefly, I'll use the PNGase F to separate N-glycan from protein and label the glycan using 2-AB.

But before labeling the N-glycan with 2-AB, can I store separated N-glycan at -20℃ or -80℃??

Because I have to optimize several conditions such as 2-AB amount.

If N-glycan can't be stored at -20℃ or -80℃, how should I store the separated N-glycan?
