I think, No, lie cannot be measured because the damage caused by it may be very large which can be difficult to quantify. However, we should hope that in coming future it may be possible to quantify such things.
After detecting the worst lie, we can measure lies in comparison to it.
Lies is a guilt .It is also a method of cheating & this can be conveniently measured at the initial stage on his face as face is a mirror & it can not be fool the face .So for first Almost most measurement is the face of a person who lies . .
In case of a person who lies you can be fool the person for one time only & not for the all the time & in this line also his lies can be conveniently measure & evaluated

Yes, for example lie can be divided into big lie, lie, not a big lie etc and these linguistic terms has some kind uncertainty degree. Now by using fuzzy set, we can assign a membership function to each linguistic term in the unit interval [0,1]. So we can measure it....

The human starts by one lie, then, he lies and lies until his life became a big lie. Then, he loses life and beyond.

It's very good and interesting question. Lies can not measured ; they can be detected by some techniques . But how much someone is lying is not possible. There are still some facts inside your mind that cant be explored. Humans are definitely the most sophisticated lairs.
Lies is not compass so that it can be measured not it is quantity so that we can know the weight age . Lies is nothing but a play of hide & seek game . People who are accustomed to speak lie in spite of their qualification even a good working environment , they remain in habit of speaking lie thereby they desire to serve their own personal interest at the cost of even a damaging for others .
A such person keep the regular practice of speaking lie , they are also even becoming fool to the members of their own family & even sometimes children . In case in course of time , if the children come to known regarding the practice of speaking lie from the members of their family , it creates a very disturbance psychic effect .
It is desirable that with the passage of time such person should change their habit even with their repentance & if they have accepted their true feelings & also introspection without any disturbing feelings ,they should pardon the member of their feeling including their children .

A lie measured by the standard of Truth is untrue. A lie is thus measured as... a lie.
Scientists and historians alike need to learn, and live by, the truth.
