Can I use KH-RT or LISA model for injecting natural gas modeling engine combustion ?

I presume KH-RT and model used in CFD (in my case FORTE) is used for liquid fuel injection, which thereafter models liquid gas interaction and finally combustion model comes into the picture.

What to do in case of gaseous fuel combustion modeling?

You can use a UDF code for your case. It's not easy, but it is possible.
