I am trying to determine settleable solid in wastewater sample. I have 500ml water sample. Is it a must to use 1L sample for Imhoff cone test?
Don't know if there is an absolute requirement for volume for the Imhoff cone test. If a smaller volume gives a measurable amount of sediment, then it should be possible to convert to values per litres.
In statistics most of the time, we use these two-term exchangeable, but in my opinion, there is a difference between them. Please suggest your opinion
