I am not sure what you want to achieve, but I suggest you just try it - it is very simple and quick experiment, and there will be no damage to the instrument since your sample is contained in the NMR tube. Most likely you will see either very broad lines (as was mentioned above), or nothing.

Or perhaps something else, who knows ?
