Yes it is possible to make stock solutions in DMSA. Make sure to use extra dry DMSO that has been treated with molecular sieves to remove water. Aliquot solution in air tight containers (fill in to th top so that there is minimal amount of air) and freeze at -20oC. See attached Thermo Scientific protocol
