I am going to check oxytocin receptor, Cn43 and some other genes expression in mice uterus during labor (including my gene of interest). Thinking to use the RPA method to show a set of highly regulated genes during labor in a single blotting image panel.

  • Is this RPA method better than northern and RT-qPCR in this context?
  • Can someone share their experience/advice about Multi probe RPA ? (mainly probe design using biotin labeling, kit names etc., )
  • Kits I read about -> RPA III™ Ribonuclease Protection Assay Kit From Ambion (now Applied Biosciences) with RiboQuant™ Multi-Probe Template Sets From BD Biosciences
  • Thanks in Advance!
