Can I add specific regulatory sequence in 35S promoter to make it inducible?

I need to make a promoter in a way that it contains specific regulatory motifs. Is it possible to add such sequences in 35S promoter and it will become the inducible promoter?

What I understand according that, you can try to add inducer sequence like VP64 /VP16. But the same time you need to insure where to add. Below publication might be helpfull.
