Thanks for the reply. Is there any evidence or journal out there that point out such phenomenon? because I can't find them to explain this speculation. And we know the ethanol is easily evaporated but whether ethanol vapor can be dissolved in the water again. Such evidence in the literature is hardly to be found.
For example, you can look at some articles published since the 1985s of the SNIF-NMR methods and on the distillation and evaporation of ethanol or hydrous alcohol mixture.
