Yes they can. especially in a digital format. My courses lack culturally relevant content in a digital format, and I always have to depend on foreign graphics, videos, podcasts, etc. to support my classroom (F2F and online) delivery. The bad side of the latter is when there's bias or moral degradation in these multimedia, which can have a negative effect on attitudes due to the message sent. See attached as highlighting the problem.

Ancient craftsman spent his whole life just for perfecting his sole skill. When the art skill coalesces with the craftsman, yes, he \she could create rapidly. But today the spirit of craftsman has been lost for so long. Do we still have the basement for a large scale producing art –works as Qing or Ming dynasty?
