I am now working on conjugation process between Pseudomonas flourences and Pseudomonas puituda bacteria, so in order to confirm that the genes are transferred, we need to use antibiotics, so please can anyone make available the list of antibiotics that those bacteria are sensitives and resistances to them distinguishably.

Karzan Kazm Mahmud Most Pseudomonas species are known to be multidrug resistant however, i Know both Pseudomonas flourences and Pseudomonas puituda are generally resistant to most B-lactam antibiotics but usually show sensitivity to gentamicin. Pseudomonas flourences also show resistance to be resistant to Chloramphenicol and ceftazidim.
I will advise you check out published works on antimicrobial susceptiblity to the organisms you ask about. Also, the source from which they were isolated are also important in drawing conclusions.@
You need to test the actual strains you are using to find out which antibiotics they have some resistance or sensitivity. What matters is how the strains you use respond to the antibiotics.
Also, please be careful about the order of the words in your question. The antibiotics do not have resistance to the bacteria, but bacteria are sensitive to or resistant to specific antibiotics. As an old fashioned professor, I see this type of wording from students who are confused about the concept of antibiotic resistance.
