In this article they reported isolation of pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense . I dont think much difference will exist for Fusarium udum. Try this?
Go for Modified Komada's medium. It will work . Try it and let us know the outcome. Good Luck
Dear Sakshi Tewari,
You may try some other simple media:
-*Gwynne-Vaughan (dried plums 25 pieces, sucrose/glucose 40g, agar-agar 15-20g, distilled water 1000ml), autoclavization 1.5atm., 25min; [You may spot Fusarium and Penicillium]
-Maltes Moser (corn flower 50g, malt extract 5g agar-agar 20g, distilled water 1000ml), autoclavization 1.5atm., 25min;
-Langeron-Milachevitch (cereals flakes 30g, agar-agar 20g, distilled water 1000ml),
autoclavization 1.5atm., 25min;
