I ran my sample on 2 different instruments of TGA..The data which I obtained from the 1st instrument showed the signals of time, temperature, weight, heat flow, temperatre difference, sample purge flow while from another instrument i got the data of Time, unsubtracted heat flow, Program temperature, SAmple temperature and Unsubtracted weight.
Now i am not getting which values i need to use for weight % to plot on Y axis for TGA curve as i want to plot Graph between Temperature and weight %.

To expand on Dr. Engenhorst's post:
Take the initial mass at the starting temperature (I'll call it T0). I'll call this m0 for simplicity. Then at all temperatures, your mass percent is:
mass % (T) = m(T)/m0 x 100%
By definition, mass % at T0 will be 100%. You can also determine your % mass lost:
mass loss % (T) = (m0 - m(T))/m0 x 100%
From there, you can do things like polynomial fits and/or taking numerical derivatives to further massage the data and figure out your temperature of onset for different steps, etc - but I think this will get you started.
