As I understood from your question that you have different study area and you want to take each population from sample. Then first cluster them by using cluster sampling then if your sample are different use stratified sampling and proportion Allocation. So you can take each of them from the sample.
Hello mirza! You can first divide your study area into different clusters having similar attributes after that you can apply slovin's formula to get the exact sample size of the households.
Please zoom in according the your research question/s and objective. That many sample is an assest for researchers however, if we analyse unless necessary, we will not find substantial findings.
