Hi Saruar Alam,

To stain the IPF, there is a proprietary dye containing polymethine and oxazine. Good thing is that in Bangladesh there will be a lot of modern diagnostic centers having the fully automated hematology analyzer XE-2100 from Sysmex to do the gating for the IPF fraction using their Pro software.
