You can do this in 2 steps:

1. Use DAVID (http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/) to convert TAIR IDs into ENTREZ gene id or Uniprot ID. DAVID has a 'GeneID conversion tool' that can interconvert between a large number of annotation formats.

2. Use KEGG Mapper to use the Entrez id or Uniprot ids from step 1 to map and color KEGG pathways - select Arabidopsis as the species of interest (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/mapper.html)
