I want to measure action of a drug (Pharmakokinetics) through in-vitro cell culture, instead of in-vivo.

There are various things one can do in ADMEtox in invitro condition, best wil be to do Caco2 assay for drug permiability assay. ADME is big field so you need to be specific what you want to establish in your lab or what you want to get done outside. You can talk to certain CROs, or check with someone in IIIM Jammu a they do various such assay,

ADME consists of several different elements, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion. As Vibhu mentioned, CaCo2 (a colon cancer line) cell monolayers are often used to model absorption in the intestine. Cultured liver cells or liver slices are used to investigate metabolism by liver enzymes. Another important factor which affects distribution is protein binding, especially to serum albumin, and this can be measured in vitro. I don't know much about other assays for distribution or excretion. And there are many ways of looking at Toxicity (the T that is sometimes added to ADME). They range from looking at mutations in bacteria (the Ames test) to tests on various cell lines.
