You can use it in two groups of animals, one group use immunosuprssion and the other one non immunosupressed ,then compare the two groups for immune reaction

You can co-culture the MSCs with Pheripheral blood mononuclear cells and stimulate the proliferation by adding mitogen like phytohaemagglutinin. Lymphoblast acquistion can be done by flow cytometry.. Various cytokines produced can be quantified by ELISA ..
