I am looking for a solvent either organic or inorganic but mild in nature (cause no molecular erosion) that dissolve gelatin+agar blend at room temperature to get a uniform solution. thanks
As gelatine is made of proteins and electrolytes, you can start with water alkaline or acid, you need to find the right pH so my suggestion is to test some solutions at different pH to find the most sudite. Of course deionized water + little quantities of acid or base to avoid unwanted reactions. Light warm can help
