Can anyone suggest a clear (step by step) method for head space gas chromatography essential oils evolved from packaging film during storage?

I am looking for method for essential oil estimation using head space gas chromatography evolved from packaging film during storage (under different relative humidity). As in most of the research articles short method of sampling is presented that are not very clear (step by step) so please suggest some details about given matter.
